Sellers-supply Ltd is a trade site and caters to bulk order requests of approved and registered UK business clients only.
All valued & respected and customers visiting our website are advised to ensure the purchase eligibility to order from Sellers-supply Ltd in line with the mandatory trade order MOQ requisites to avoid any inconvenience, regret or frustration.
We DO NOT entertain individual item orders and follow a mandatory trade requisite of min MOQ of 700 GBP and at least 80 units per item ordered.
- All order acceptances are subject to stock availability and no outstanding balances.
- Sellers-supply Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject trade account requests without rendering any explanation to account seeking customers.
- The company price lists are for internal use / purpose ONLY and not shared externally. All necessary information of available products for customers is displayed on the website.
- Prices quoted on the website are net, and are exclusive of VAT. When VAT is applied it will be at the appropriate rate @ 20%.
- To be eligible for relaxation in rates / discounts and other incentives, a minimum of 6 months strong purchase history with Sellers-supply Ltd MUST be developed, after which the company at will can oblige flexibility in rates.
- The company reserves the right to change prices and to/or not extended relaxation in rates if it so deems .
- Any query/ reservation / modification or intent of change in invoice MUST be conveyed to our customer service representatives at orders@sellers-supply.com within 24 hours of the issuance of the invoice beyond which no order changes will be made and the customer shall be bound to make the payment.
- All orders shall be processed once order payment is paid and stands clear in the company account.
- Orders will remain valid and binding notwithstanding delay in delivery unless payment is not yet cleared or restocking of supplies in underway whereby the customer/ client shall be intimated.
- In no circumstances shall the company be liable for any consequential loss or damage incurred by the customer whether as a result of breach of contract or otherwise.
- We do not make deliveries to residential addresses / neighborhoods / vicinity. For stock delivery , it required that an official / warehouse address be given.
- A track of frequent order cancellations or delayed payment can lead to termination of trade account.
